What should I include in a support request?

Include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version, what happened, and what you expected to happen. Clear reproduction steps help us review the issue faster.

Does the website store my ViperGrid score?

No. ViperGrid stores gameplay progress locally on your device. The main website does not host gameplay and does not receive ViperGrid results unless a future app version clearly states otherwise.

What progress is stored locally?

ViperGrid may store your best score, coin balance, inventory items, owned skins, selected skin, pending gift state, and sound preference locally on your device.

Are rewarded ads required?

No. Rewarded ads are optional. If available, they can be used to receive an optional coin reward.
